Possibilities for Gig Functionality

Hello.

We have a few queries that we are looking for some guidance on. Any help appreciated!

  1. Gig Description Box: The text box only allows 1000 characters. Can this be expanded to a larger number or unlimited, or can we add an additional text box? 
  2. Notifications: Can we build in a notification function to advise gig applicants who have not been selected of this outcome? 
  3. Gig Application: Is it possible to customize the "apply" page to include more than one text box so that we can include 3 or 4 questions that they have to answer? 
  4. Journey: Can we set up a journey encouraging them to complete their talent profile? What is required to set this up?
