Getting the information of the "Recipient" tag in a XML Stylesheet

Summary:

We have a stylesheet that is going to notify the Service Provider's main contact and the additional ones in the moment that a Spot Bid process has been opened (and this servprov has been selected for bidding).
I've generated the email with the RAW XML and I've seen that there is a tag called "Recipient" that contains the informations I would like to retrieve.
Unfortunately, I'm not being able to map this tag into my stylesheet.

As you could see in the code I've attached at the end, the tag  <Contact ID="to"> works correctly when the user receiving the email is the main contact of the Service Provider but for the additional contacts the informations don't appear properly (we are sending to different service providers the information of the service provider that was planned in the first place, before launching the Spot Bid)
