the highlighted absences are showcasing in additional status as Not Processed, however, I have checked the payroll results and they are paid. Why are these not processed?

Also. kindly note that even though these are 8 hours of absence on each day for 3 days, in the compensatory plan on Absences, it shows multiple rows, that sum up to 24 hours. Why is that?
