Redwood: Some Users Cannot See The Ratings Option On Redwood Knowledge Articles
Hello,
We are setting up HR Help Desk in redwood. During testing, we noticed that for some users, there is no ability to rate the knowledge articles and for others there is. Both users are setup to be help desk agents.
I assume this is security related. Does anyone know what privilege is needed?
Is there something else we need to configure to ensure ratings show for all users? (see screenshots below)
