How Organization ID is set for Labor and Expense Debrief Lines
Summary:
If we don't pass organization id via REST API, still the functionality sets the organization ID in which the work order is created in. How system does it? We have seen same behavior for Labor also but different for material line, where we have to give org id else system defaults it to org as per the user.
