Is it possible to remove the additional Info page before goal submission in Visual Builder

Summary:

When an employee adds a new goal or updates an existing goal, they must submit these for approval. After they submit for approval, they are taken to an Additional Info page where final comments and attachments can be added. The employee must click submit again. Is it possible to remove this page entirely in VB Studio?

We have hundreds of employees not clicking the Submit button the Additional Info page and either click home or cancel which then puts their goals in draft mode and no longer visible to the employee.
