Processing Constraints not working as expected post 25D

in Order Management

Summary:
There is a processing constraints defined to prevent the cancellation of the Sales order once the corresponding Supply order is created.

It was working as expected till 25D. Post that Sales order cancellation is allowed despite there is an open supply order. (Active processing constraint is not being respected)

Anyone else facing this issue ?
