How to Include Goal Target Outcome in Development Goal Notification Report?

Hi all,

I’m looking for a way to customize the Development Goal notification report so that it displays the Goal Target Outcome data.

I’m able to adjust the RTF, but I don’t have the ability to dump the XML data on my side. Would anyone be able to share a DM SQL query(from pending approval transaction) that fetches the Goal Target Outcome values from XML?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
