Absence Balance Deduction for Non-working and Holidays

Summary:

We have a requirement that for absence overlapping with non-working days and holidays , the balances for the non-working days and holidays should be deducted from the absence balance. This applies to leaves starting after a non-working\holidays or leaves ending before non-working\holidays

E.g:-

  1. For absence started on 29-Jan-2026 to 2-Feb-2026 , 5 days of leave should be deducted from the balance.
  2. For the leave on 30-Jan-2026, 3 days of leave should be deducted.
  3. For the leave on 2-Feb-2026, 3 days of leave should be deducted.
