How can an integration tool be used to convert a bank file format to the Oracle Lockbox format?

Summary:

While configuring the Lockbox function, we identified that JPMC Bank provides only one specific BAI2 format, which does not match the Oracle seeded formats (BAI, BAI2, BAI2 Extended, and BAI2 Extended Generic). After raising an SR, Oracle shared the ‘Jade Global’ Lockbox whitepaper. In this document, an integration tool (Boomi) is used to retrieve the bank file from the bank server and convert it into an Oracle-supported format. We would like more information about this solution, including the overall process and how the format conversion is handled within the integration tool.
