"Supplier profile change request" workflow stage is not showing history of request more information.

Description (Required):

For "Supplier profile change request workflow" task we created two staged parallel approval rules where we are using claim functionality.

At stage one, participant is able to make changes to change request without claiming it using "edit change request" .

If participant "request more information" option, it is sent back with comments to external supplier contact where contact submits response(only option to submit information and withdraw).

Supplier contact goes to supplier portal edits pending request and add details(it prompts that pending request will be withdrawn). Edits request, continues with same change request number.
