Is there a way to build a Supervisor Development Plan in Performance and/or Goal Management?

Summary:

We are looking for a way to use Performance to create a 3-level proficiency model for a supervisor development initiative that has it's own competencies, skills, and behaviors separate from annual performance reviews. We have a skill assessment plan to map people into the proficiency levels each with it's own pathway curriculum that includes elearning, books, workshops, and coaching sessions. We'd like to have a way to track progress and hope to include Anytime Performance, Check-Ins, and Anytime Feedback to do this.

  1. Is anyone familiar with creating something like this using those features? If so, what's the best way to map it?
