Unable to find Context Sensitive Job profile DFF in VBS to display

Summary:

Created a context sensitive DFF within HRT_PROFILE_ITEMS. Deployed multiple times and confirmed the DFF info is visible within Profile Types > Job Profiles > Licenses and certifications. Unable to find the DFF within VBS to make it visible when navigating to Job Profiles and adding or editing a license/cert. Screenshots attached.

SR 4-0001976922 advised this be taken care of through CC and not support.
