Can we secure access of specific manager worsksheet from act as proxy page

Summary:

We are looking for possibility to secure access of specific manager worksheet from act as proxy page.

Example:

HR 1 has access to act as proxy page in Compensation work area. Here we want HR1 to view only specific managers worksheet but not all managers who has active plans.

I understand we have feasibility to secure the workforce compensation plans and tasks, however I am looking for an option to restrict access to specific manager active plan. Please advise.
