As part of our SSO implementation planning, we would like to align with Oracle on the recommended approach to configure SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO) between Oracle Sales Cloud and Microsoft ADFS as the Identity Provider.

Could you please help us by sharing the official documentation, supported SAML versions and required attributes (NameID, claims, assertions), the necessary Service Provider configuration steps on the Oracle Sales Cloud side, any prerequisites, limitations or best practices, as well as sample metadata or examples?

Additionally, please let us know if there are any differences in the procedure depending on the Oracle Sales Cloud release or environment (Test vs Production).
