Where can I find EFF tables in fusion to fetch Custom attribute details in SAAS report at Subscription Header Level.

Custom attributes are enabled using Extensible Flexfields (EFF) at the Subscription Header level.

So, These custom attributes are visible in the Fusion UI, but we are unable to identify the correct EFF tables to fetch them in a BI Publisher Report

We are specifically looking for the EFF Tables for subscriptions.
