Restrict Users to One Entry per Profile Type

in Performance Management

Hi everyone,

I’m working on the configuration of Profile Types and I’d like to ask for your advice.

Is there any standard configuration or workaround to prevent users from creating more than one entry for the same Profile Type?

The goal would be to allow only one record per Profile Type, blocking or preventing duplicates at creation time.

Any suggestions are welcome, such as configurations, validations, rules, or known product limitations.
