Do we have Make-to-Order (MTO) functionality in the Fusion application?

Summary:

Does anyone know whether the Make-to-Order (MTO) functionality from EBS R12 exists in Fusion? As far as I’m aware, there isn’t an exact equivalent in Fusion.

In EBS, if I’m not mistaken, we used to link item codes to specific customers. Is there a similar capability in Fusion, or is this planned as part of the roadmap? I’d appreciate any insights to help me understand this feature
