Disputes are in stale in the work list

Description (Required):

Currently the system does not allow us to deal with disputes after 6 months as they go stale, meaning they then cannot be rejected or withdrawn, so even if a debt is paid the amount will stay as In Dispute in debt reports.

Also disputes over 2 year old are removed from Notifications/Worklist. 

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

we are not using the automatic credit memo and is there any other workarounds.
