Add Multiple Products to a Fusion Service - Service Request
Summary:
We are looking an option to link the Opportunity revenue line products (multiple lines) automatically to SR, based on the Opty number picked during the SR creation. We have opty # as a DCL depends on the Account field in the SR creation layout.
By reviewing the documentation, looks like ONLY one product can be added to each SR. I'm not seeing any reference as to whether we could add multiple products to one SR.
Is this supported OOTB or if anyone resolved/ran in to this use case, please advise on the best approach?
