Unable to see Approved timecards in Redwood Team Timecards
Summary:
Dear Team,
After moving Redwood Timecards to the PRODUCTION environment, Oracle had provided a set of scheduled jobs/processes that must be executed after every maintenance or upgrade to ensure that timecard search functionality works correctly.
We have been running these recommended jobs as advised. However, we are currently facing a recurring issue on a weekly basis with Team Timecards search, which is causing continuous business disruption.
Issue Description:
- When navigating to Team Timecards and searching for timecards for a specific week, no timecards are displayed.
- However, when we click Add for the same week, the system shows that
