Sending Dunning Letter Outcomes

Summary:

Users have tested the Sending Dunning Letter process and got following outcomes:-

  1. It sends only to Dunning Email address (Passed)
  2. It sends multiple emails to dunning email address when email address parameter is null. ( Is this standard func.  or bug ?)
  3. It sends single email to dunning email address when email address parameter is not null.

Do we have any other better way to avoid above No 2 ?
