Updating competencies in the perforpdating competencies in the performance document - Talent module
Summary:
Good morning, before enabling Redwood, there was a "Set Goals" task configured in the process flow. This allowed us to edit employee competencies directly in the performance document after it had been executed. This was necessary because, even though some employees share the same profile, certain competencies may or may not apply to them depending on their training progress, and these competencies are customized in each evaluation document. This task was removed with Redwood. How can I replace it? Specifically, I need to modify the competencies in the performance documents; I need to add competencies to certain sections.
