Need to inactive Products created in Sales. We dont have PIM enabled

in Sales

Summary:

We have implemented Sales and the Products are created directly in Sales with Sales/Service attributes enabled. We need to Inactivate these products, so that they are not available in any of LOV or functions in Sales. If is not possible in Sales. Do we require PIM to do this?. Please advise
