getting ??? in place of actual character when uploading data through csv

in Transportation Management

Hi,

When i am creating a location csv from excel, many location names and address have chinese characters. When i am making a csv and uploading it to OTM, it either throws me an error 'PL/SQL: ORA-00911: invalid character' or it converts it to '????'.

I am sure there must be a way to upload that, if any , please help me out.
