Send Order-Level PDF Documents from Shipment Level (Single Email) – OTM

Hi,

We have a client requirement related to send consolidated documents to consignee involved party on Shipment.

Scenario

  • Orders and PDF documents are received from a third-party system.
  • Documents are attached at the Order Release level.
  • Users flag/select specific documents that can be sent to the Consignee.

Requirement

  • Documents must be sent from the Shipment level only, triggered when the tender is accepted.
  • If multiple Order Releases are planned into one Shipment, all selected Order Release documents must be Sent in one single email to the Consignee
  • The process must be fully automated and use an existing custom stylesheet for email body.
