Access and Hierarchy Configuration Needed for Dual Line Managers in Business Unit

edited 8:35AM in Benefits

Hello Experts,

In one business unit, two line managers share leadership responsibilities. The main requirement is for one manager to have visibility and access to all workers across the unit, including both their own direct reports and those of the co-manager, as well as access to related performance documents.

Several solutions have been tested, including:

  1. Attempting workforce modeling (not possible to add a second line manager at the top of the chart).
  2. Assigning both managers in user accounts (org chart shows both, but does not display all workers).
  3. Sharing data access between the managers.
  4. Setting up a role delegation (appears promising, but may require adjustment to work as intended).

Howdy, Stranger!
