Competency rating not showing up in the employee talent profile

Summary:

All the configuration is done, performance document is completed, but the competency ratings were not visible in the employees talent profile. Content section access to manager given and regenerated the roles as well. Subscriber access to performance was also there. Update ratings .was yes
