Warning "Too many matching records found" when viewing an absence plan configuration

Summary:

Navigation:
MCG>Absences>Absence Plans
Select Absence Plan (ie UPSEU Banked Holidays or Exempt Vacation)
Click on Entries and Balances tab
see Warning
"Too many matching records found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records."

NOTE this is an error when viewing the Absence Plan, NOT when a user is trying to enter an absence.
