OFS Activity Duration Override doesn't works

Summary:

We have created an override for company level, when i create an activity for resource or bucket it doesn't override the duration

We have created an Activity Duration override at company level. However, when creating a new activity for a resource or bucket, the duration is not taking the overridden value.

We observed that the overridden duration is applied only when the override exists at resource or bucket level. In that case, the activity correctly uses the overridden duration.

Could someone please clarify:

• How override hierarchy works between company, bucket, and resource levels?
