How to suppress seeded messages like HXT_WDD_OT_BEYOND_ED_ERR even while using Workday Definition

Summary:

We configured Workday per business rules, and we have Time Entry Rules, with messages which will represent the business rules/ needs aptly.
We have a situation where 8th day in weekly time card is displayed. The seeded message - HXT_WDD_OT_BEYOND_ED_ERR  will not be generated when time is entered in the 8th day which is beyond the week period except when the time entry is past mid night.
So the seeded message is neither sufficient nor avoidable at this time. Custom message will cover all situations and throw an appropriate message.
So we don't want the default message which is inadequate and duplicate.
