Unable to download the Performance Evaluation Document (pdf) from Oracle WebContent Server (UCM)

Hi Team,

 

Business to trying to print and download performance evaluation docs in mass numbers using the mass process performance documents -> print documents. The pdf files are getting printed/downloaded to the UCM content server successfully. However, we want to load those documents back to document of records for those persons under the performance category. But, we are still unable to download the pdf files from the content server in mass numbers (automated) way without any manual intervention, which is impacting the business in the turn around time for any legal or performance related questions.

 

How can we download the pdf documents present in the UCM server (FAFUSIONIMPORTEXPORT) automated way in mass numbers ? Also, is there a way to upload these files back into document of records automated way.
