Pull Job DFF Value to Goals Center (Redwood)

Hi Experts,

We have created a Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) in Manage Jobs, and the value is stored at the Job level.

Our requirement is: when creating a goal for an employee in Goals Center (Redwood), the system should automatically pull and display the value stored in that Job DFF based on the employee’s current job.

Is this possible through standard configuration or VBCS? If yes, what is the recommended approach?
