FADigitalAssistant taking long time to respond to the first question asked
Summary:
We are using the out of the box Digital Assistant "FADigitalAssistant" developed by Oracle and configured it to work in Fusion chat widget.
When someone logs in to the Fusion and starts using the chatbot from chatwidget. The first question always takes a long time (approx 30-40 sec) .
Is this default behavior? is there any document that says it is expected?
