Dynamic Column not recalculating immediately on Worksheet

I am facing an issue where my Dynamic Columns in the Compensation Worksheet do not recalculate immediately when data is changed. They only update correctly after I manually run the "Refresh Data" batch process. I would like these to populate in real-time as managers edit the worksheet.

I have a chain of three dynamic columns:
- Budget Name
2. Final Additional Compensation(VO)
3. Additional Compensation GF
The Problem:In the worksheet, the column "Additional Compensation GF" remains at 0.00 even when the conditions are met. It only updates if I run the batch process.
