What are the ESS jobs that need to be run after adding a new city in Manage Geographies?

Summary:
We have added or created a new city in the Manage Geographies. After doing so, we cannot see the city in our expense location dropdown. Apart from this, when we try to update the per diem spreadsheet the new city was showing in the selection. Do we need to run any ESS jobs for us to view the new city when we try to select it in the expense location dropdown
