Commitment allocation maintaining single overall 5% share for a Service Provider across two sources

Summary:

Hi, Currently, commitment allocation is configured lane-wise, with a fixed percentage assigned to each Service Provider (e.g., 5% of total shipments from Plant to Warehouses). The new requirement is to treat a Bulk Warehouse as an additional source, similar to a Plant. However, the commitment allocation for the respective Service Provider should remain capped at the existing 5% overall, rather than applying 5% separately per source.. We would appreciate guidance on whether OTM supports this configuration natively or if an alternative design approach is recommended. We intend to raise this query with the Oracle Community for further clarification.
