Evaluate Group Membership - how to run for a person, retroactive date

Hi,

I have run the Evaluate Group Membership process for one person, as this had an incorrect membership start date.

As parameter, I used the hire date as value for the Evaluation Start Date.

However, the Membership Start Date have not been updated.

Remark: The person was terminated in the past. I had to manually reverse the termination (as this was not correct), on 13/02/2026.

Maybe that is why the Evaluate Group Membership end dated the first record on 11/02/2026 and created a new one with start date: 12/02/2026 (see below)?
