How to Customize the Content Displayed in the Order Approval Notification

Hello,
I would like to customize the content that appears in the order approval notification.

Currently, an approval request is triggered when the sales price is manually modified.

When this happens, I would like the reason for the price change ,entered in the comments at the time of modification, to be displayed in the approval notification.

I'm testing to add DOO_MANUAL_PRICE_ADJUSTMENTS.COMMENT to the notification.

DOO_MANUAL_PRICE_ADJUSTMENTS has any key to join the data?
