We have a requirement to trigger the Termination Life event on Employee Last working day

We require employee benefits coverage to end at the end of the month corresponding to the employee’s last working day upon evaluation of the Termination Life Event. Is it feasible to detect and trigger the Termination Life Event based on the employee’s Last Working Day instead of the Actual Termination Date? Additionally, we need to ensure that retroactive terminations are handled appropriately.

On the Life Event Data Changes configuration page, under the PER_PERIODS_OF_SERVICE table, we do not see the LAST_WORKING_DATE column available. Can this be enabled or updated by Oracle?
