OAC Migration - Problems with OTMBIContentConsumer roles

Summary:

Hi,

We have configured the new idcs groups and assign users manually in TEST environment.
For TEST, we have created the groups OTMBIAdministrator_TEST and OTMBIContentConsumer_TEST.
After this we have assign users to both groups. But we have problems accessing with Consumer users. We get the next error:

This is the configuration in IDCS for OTMBIContentConsumer_TEST:

This is the configuration in OTM for users with BICONSUMER role:

Can you please review and tell us where is the problem? The access with user/roles with BIAdministrator works fine.
