Summary:

Few absence plans allow absences in employee records, even with a duration of 0 hours. These are allowed while an employee is submitting their request, and it goes for approval; some allow more than 29 hours. This is not a good sign for any organization. Some absences link to payroll, and if employees want to be paid, it becomes a critical issue. This has happened since we moved to Redwood. We need to restrict these cases. Can anyone help with this?
