How to configure Approval workflow for Goal based on goal status

in Performance Management

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement from customer that based on Goal status we need to send FYI to Line manager.

Like when employee created goal and status is Not started it should go as FYI to Manager.

Again when status changes to In progress then also same FYI


Please suggets on how to achieve it?

Is it possible throug trsanaction console?If yes please tell rule condition.
