Unable to view fields in the section of the talent profile

Hello experts,

we have enabled the Certifications section of the talent profile (redwood skills and qualifications page) and for this section we have enabled some standard fields and provided access in read and write mode to employees, manager, HR users and regenerated the grants. However, when we click on the Add button, only the drag and drop area is displayed. Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Thanks in advance
