Need to configure the LOVs for the Channel Type field in CX Sales Outlook plug-in

Whenever we schedule a meeting using the CX Sales Outlook plug-in and before the meeting starts, there's a pop-up (with the message - Your meeting has started. Would you like to TAKE NOTES?) that asks us to take notes regarding the meeting. The Take Notes takes us to the interaction window where we can log an interaction.
On the interaction window we have a few fields where the CHANNEL field is one of them.
We have observed that the Lookup values are different for the Channel field on both Outlook and Mobile application.
