Information needed about what was in the maintenance release for absence management on 14/02/2026?

Summary:

We received an email to say a maintenance fix had been applied on the 14/02/26 to our non prod environments and is due to be applied to our PROD environment with 26A on 20/02/2026. There is very limited information about what this fix contained. Please could the detail and contents be supplied about what this involves as it is not clear.
