How to identify what HR Action was used to create an Other Compensation in tables

Summary:

How to identify what HR Action was used to create an Other Compensation (Element Entry / ICP) in the database tables

We are needing to produce reports that show what HR Action, such as Assignment Change, was used along with Other Compensation to create an element entry. In addition, if Administer or Manage Compensation pages were used to create the element entry, we need to be able to identify which was used as well.

We are looking for the logic / tables or views that would be used to tie the HR Action used to the element entry created during that HR Action.
