Hello Oracle Team,

We are seeking your advice on the following scenario:

If an EDI sales order line has the same date and time for its RAD, RSD, and Latest Acceptable Ship Date (LASD), will this always result in the line failing to schedule?

We have observed the following system behavior for EDI sales orders where RAD, RSD, and LASD have identical values:

  • The line usually fails to schedule.
  • In some cases, it gets scheduled; however, the Scheduled Ship Date (SSD) and Scheduled Arrival Date (SAD) are one or more days later than the RAD, RSD, and LASD.
