Project driven Supply chain is not working in Oracle Maintenance Cloud

Summary:

We are Implementing Oracle Maintenance for a power and utility client based out of canada. As part of the implementation, we have a scenario where in we are trying to complete the operation linked to work order. The items in the operation are all set to "Operation Pull". We have sufficient stock linked to project
and task for the items in the operation. The project and task match the project and task of maintenance work order. We are facing two issues here

Redwood

  1. Once the operation is complete, the items are not issued manually. Operation shows complete.
  2. Then we proceed to complete the work order. It throws the error:- "Negative balances are not allowed"
