How to make 'General note' by default in note type in notes & Attachments tab in My Maintenance Work

When maintenance technician execute the work order in my maintenance work , wants to add notes in notes & attachments tab, When he wants do add a note, "Turnover note" by default is coming user manually needs to select.

Is it possible to make "General Note" by default in My Maintenance Work ?
